David Martin, Strength and Conditioning Coach - Speaker - Wellness Coach
David is a teacher, author, wellness coach, strength and conditioning leader, and a professional speaker. David has worked with hundreds of people and companies seeking to improve their health and perform at their best on a daily basis. He brings his fitness message with sincerity, energy and innovative ideas to individuals and companies with simple steps and knowledge that may improve personal and professional growth and health.
He has worked with the FDA, Montgomery College, Heritage College, Dept. of Health and Human Services, ExxonMobil, Colorado Athletic Clubs, Champion Jog Bra, Space Imaging, GOEye, Inc., Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Montgomery County Public Schools, the Carol Jean Cancer Foundation, Youth Services of America. He has an extensive background in the fitness field. Earning his degree in physical education and sports management from Skidmore College. David was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Olympic Bobsled Team, the Baltimore Ravens, and a fitness consultant for a former Joint Chief of the US Army.
David has taught and certified thousands of aspiring personal trainers as a course instructor with the National Strength Professionals Association. He is the author of a new fitness book, Burgers and Milkshakes, which shows safe, effective, and efficient ways to get healthy with proven results. In addition, David taught a strength training and exercise program class at Montgomery College.
David is also active in his community; having served his neighborhood Board of Directors as Vice President, and working with Debra of North America in establishing a non-profit fund for his niece; The Jewell Fund, that actively seeks funds for research and cure for a rare skin disorder. He was also a student/ teacher with Dale Carnegie Sales Training.
